Cathay pacific fee does not charge on non -refundable fares. Cathay pacific cancellation fee is 150USD as cancellation charges and the reaming amount is refunded.

Cathay Pacific Cancellation Policy says that the Cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours of the reservation date to receive a full refund.
Also, the travel date must be at least 7 days from the reservation date.
Cathay Pacific 24-hour cancellation applies only to flights to/from the United States and Canada.
All cancellation refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days under the original payment model, subject to Cathay Pacific's 24-hour cancellation policy.
