To put it in its simplest terms, a Consumer Proposal is a settlement offer to your creditors. When filing a residents – and all other Canadians – can no longer be targeted for collection actions by creditors. A Stay of Proceedings is put in place upon the filing of a consumer proposal. In this way, filing a Consumer Proposal is similar to filing for bankruptcy.
Once a consumer proposal is filed, creditors have 45 days to respond to the proposal and vote on the proposal. If 25% or more, by dollar value, of your creditors vote against the proposal and request a meeting of creditors, a meeting of creditors must be held. At the creditor meeting, the proposal will be accepted or rejected by a simple majority of creditors. If the proposal is initially rejected, it can be amended to something that will hopefully be accepted. If an agreement cannot be reached, bankruptcy is always an option.
In a consumer proposal Winnipeg residents, and all Canadians, are required to attend the same two counseling sessions as in a bankruptcy. If the counseling sessions are not attended, the Consumer Debtor is not eligible for a certificate of Full Performance, which would otherwise be received once all payments are made.

Upon further investigation, he noticed that a particular type of tree grew over this undamaged portion of the fence, but was not present around the remainder of the perimeter of his farm, wh ere the fence had noticeably deteriorated.
Farmer John Hood, began harvesting the Kunzea ambigua plant to test its potential benefits in woodworking, of all things. During the distillation process, John spilled some of the pure essential oil onto his hand, which he later, inadvertently, rubbed his nose. Suddenly John noticed a significant improvement with his ability to breathe. Given the issues that John had with his sinuses as the result of working in a gold refinery, he felt this was a significant discovery.

Kunzea essential oil is a remarkable and relatively new essential oil, derived from an Australian native small plant, Kunzea ambigua, which is predominantly found in New South Wales, Victoria and North East Tasmania. Other common names for the Kunzea ambigua plant include; White Cloud, Tasmanian Kunzea and Tick Bush, with the latter name coming about when farmers noticed animals seeking refuge under the Kunzea ambigua branches, as it provided them protection from ticks and mites.
Kunzea is a genus of plants in the family Myrtaceae or the myrtle family, including more commonly known plants like; eucalyptus, tea tree, lemon myrtle, clove and allspice. In comparison to the other species of the Myrtacea family, such as tea tree, Kunzea has two very important distinguishing features that make it stand out high above the rest, namely:
A higher percentage of active, medicinal compound (globulol, viridiflorol, spathulenol, ledol and bicyclogermacrene), making it significantly more therapeutically active; and A lower concentration of irritant, making it safer to apply topically to the skin
